The objective of Water Resources Restoration Project on Kutarakyat village is to assist and educated the local people how to save and protect water resources to it is not lost. the way is to restore these site to have vegetation and can store water for a long time. In addition we recommend to people to keep this area of waste that can be lowered quality of their water
Kutarakyat is a little village on Karo highland, This village arriving at altitude 1300 meters above sea level, and only 3, 6 km from sinabung volcano. the economy in kutarakyat 80 percent comes from agriculture horticulture, fruits, and vegetables. These village has a place Clean water resource for consump every day. The area is really nice and beautiful place, but arround the area was lost vegetation.
We discuss and recommended to local people and local government 2 months ago to restore this area to save they water, and we try to help them to do it.
